Stanhope

The redevelopment of Television Centre is led by developers Stanhope, whose highly successful track record includes landmark London projects such as Broadgate and Paternoster Square in the City, Tate Modern and Chiswick Park in West London.

A focused team of development entrepreneurs from professional property and construction backgrounds, Stanhope has over three decades of experience and expertise, which is applied to each project at all stages of the development process.

Mitsui Fudosan UK

Mitsui Fudosan UK is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd, and is the UK and European arm of the Mitsui Fudosan Group.

Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd, based in Tokyo and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, is Japan's leading property company with a comprehensive and fully integrated range of property related businesses including investment, trading, development and property management. The company is a pioneer of innovative development schemes and real estate services, and is renowned for its design and build of some of Japan's best office, retail, residential, and mixed-use projects.

Allford Hall Monaghan Morris

The design team is led by award-winning architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) who have a particular expertise in reconfiguring significant, listed buildings for more contemporary uses. AHMM won the Royal Institute of British Architects’ coveted Stirling Prize in 2015.

Duggan Morris

Duggan Morris is designing the new office building overlooking Hammersmith Park. Their work has been recognised with multiple industry awards. Of note is their renovation of a ‘60s Brutalist building in Highgate, which won the Manser Medal in 2011.

They have also been the recipients of four RIBA Awards and an RIBA Regional Award. In 2012, the practice was a recipient of the Stephen Lawrence Prize (Kings Grove), and was once again shortlisted for the Manser Medal (Old Bearhurst).

MaccreanorLavington

MaccreanorLavington will be creating a new residential and retail scheme on Wood Lane. Since its inception in 1992, the practice has won several architectural competitions and received numerous awards for architectural quality, including the 2008 RIBA Stirling Prize for Building of the Year for Accordia.

Other recent awards include winning the masterplanning category and overall winner at the 2012 New London Architecture Awards for the Olympic Legacy Communities Masterplan.

dRMM

dRMM is responsible for the design of the future Drama Building into new apartments and townhouses. They are renowned for creating outstanding architecture that is innovative, high quality and socially useful.

They have recently been awarded the Building Design (BD) Architect Of The Year Award 2013 for their significant contribution to British architecture. Other residential experience includes some of London’s major regeneration projects: the London 2012 Olympics Village, King’s Cross Central, Elephant and Castle and Battersea Power Station.

Gillespies

Gillespies is designing the public realm around Television Centre, including its new gardens and the historic forecourt. The multi-disciplinary practice embraces masterplanning, urban design, landscape design and landscape planning. They were also landscape architects on Media City UK, NEO Bankside and Bradford’s City Park.

Mace

Mace is an international consultancy and construction company, founded and built on exceptional people, a commitment to service excellence and a deep-rooted entrepreneurial spirit.  Working in collaboration with English Heritage, Mace are ensuring Television Centre's famous listed Helios building, along with the courtyard and atomic dot wall on Studio One, are carefully refurbished while preserving many other original features. 

Mace recently won their 17th industry award for Birmingham New Street station at Building Awards, previous awards include Property UK Award for New Fetter Lane and 2016 Structural Award for 5 Broadgate.
